Kentucky Blue is a well known bluegrass band from central Kentucky. They have been together for more than twenty years. The band instrumentation includes acoustic guitar, five string banjo, mandolin, fiddle, upright bass fiddle and vocals. Kentucky Blue has been nominated as the Entertaining Bluegrass Act of the Year by the SPBMA (Society Preservation of Bluegrass Music Association).

All the popular standard bluegrass tunes are included such as “Rocky Top,” “Dueling Banjos,” “Fox On The Run, “ “Orange Blossom Special, “ “Blue Moon of Kentucky,” and much, much more. They also include more widely known tunes such as “Bye Bye, Love,” “House Of The Rising Sun,” “Charlie Brown,” “Margaritaville,” and tunes from the movie “Oh, Brother, Where Art Thou” and many original tunes.

With great 2, 3 and 4 part harmonies and red hot blazing instrumentals, this group will leave you wanting more. Their energetic show includes their great music, comedy , and has the crowd involved from the first note.
